Hi Backers,
European shipping has started last week! We are having some trouble uploading tracking numbers on Backerkit; the BackerKit support team is helping us with our excel file, so it will be updated as soon as they can get to it.
Some Europeans already have received them, and here are some responses:
Dan**** "Received my pillow - UK and I have to say it’s fantastic!!! Thankyou :)"
Vol**** "The pillow is great too...used it now since 3 nights and although I have issues falling asleep on it and wake up several times at night when changing positions, it feels also like my sleeping phases are more deep..."
Atl**** "After the first night sleep, I can definitely feel an ease in mobility in my neck. It was not the night with the deepest sleep, but it was definitely the most liberating night."
Note for European backers from Swiss and Norway, we are seeing some delays from our warehouse. (It's because of duty tax) Maybe 1~2 weeks until resolved.

Hello,
A quick update on the shipping status for European backers:
As we mentioned in the previous update, we are going with the fulfillment partner in Ireland. We have just sent out the cargo to Ireland. We apologize for the delay for European backers but we wanted to save you some money on 25% duty tax, which would have been approximately 25 Euros. We really hope that it will get to you soon!

Hello,
A quick update on the shipping status. We made another progress:
1. For US Backers, we just finished unloading at the fulfillment centre in UTAH, USA. The CEO of the centre has emailed us minutes ago: "We started shipping, starting with pick & pack!"
You heard him. He has received the custom made boxes and started fulfilling orders.
2. For European Backers, we have found a fulfillment partner in Ireland. We are arranging the soonest time to ship out our cargo with about 1800 pillows. They will work closely with us to provide us with freighter and schedule for the cargo ship.
3. For Backers in Asia (incl. Australia) & backers from elsewhere, we will start shipping tomorrow. We are shipping via EMS from National Post Office Services. Some will start receiving starting next Monday or so.
We are working as fast as we can. We have been blessed by your love and support. We did not forget about you. Please allow us a little bit of time. Things must be going in the right direction. VERY EXCITED.
