[NOTE] OMG! Kickstarter shuts our new brand launch and C-Rest Pillow Project, again. Reason? WHHHHHHHHHY It's causing me so much pain, personally.
After, yet, another suspension of C-Rest Pillow, Kickstarter Support states that our accounts are restricted to launch anything in the future due to a violation of policy: resale of an already exsiting product.(I thought "huh? it's impossible our product (Click here) is... We are taking our project to Indiegogo. We really feel bad about this. We love Kickstarter, but this our last resort. Why?

Our neck is being punished everyday. Due to poor posture, we are losing the natural C-Curve on the neck. When out of balance, it causes tension headaches, migraines, and chronic neck pain. It may be caused by whiplash injuries from motor vehicle accidents or sports injuries.
I was not the exception. I, myself, suffered a lot of pain in the neck due to mental and physical stress. I even suffered tinnitus(ringing in the ears) and vertigo for a year. It worsened to the point that I couldn't even get on flights. It was just devastating.
I wanted to fix myself. That' how I started Benepom. Our venture into the US Market was a humble one with C-Rest, back in 2016. 6000+ backers have supported us. Thank You!

Hello, Backers of Dual Plus Pillow!
It's been a long time, I have written this update. I have been building my pain clinic for the past year. In my spare time, I have been developing a new iteration of C-Rest and Dual Plus Pillow that can be great for anyone, not just a certain group. One thing that I realized about building ergonomic products is that I cannot design products of the textbook postures. I learned it the hard way. To redeem myself to you. I am building something amazing behind the scene.
When I have hard times, I come back on Kickstarter and read many comments about C-Rest.. good or bad. It's always disheartening to see comments that are not so positive. It's fuel to build something amazing though. I keep working on new products to make something amazing for everyone. To be revealed soon... by the way.
I had an employee, named Alberto Kim. He used to work with me for 2 years, developing many concepts and products for posture improvement and pain relief. We had a lot of fun doing it. One day, Alberto had a different idea and left the team to create something amazing of his own. He designed the world's first pillow that can be 100% customizable to your unique body type. Hello,
I am not going to lie; I was afraid. I was little hesitant to go back to the pillow lab to invent yet another pillow. The Dual Plus Pillow was good, but failed to satisfy so many of you. I was in a dark room for many months but I had to do something about it because that was the mission that I have set myself going into since the very beginning. But after the last update, you guys showed me such support and generousity, giving me so much courage for me to start over.
So, today, I want to be couragous. Here is a sneak peak for what's coming next few weeks. I am re-engineering from ground up. I am sure you never seen a pillow like this. It is the base layer of the dual plus pillow which keeps your cervical spines nice and neutral. It will open up the airways so you can breathe better and snore less. This acts like a skeleton of the pillow as a base building block. We will be putting a super plush memory foam on top of this structure. That way, we could keep the ergonomic design in tact, while proving the ultimate comfort with the soft layer on top for comfort and consistency of support. Check out the photos! Amazing!

It surely has been a long time, since the last update. With Dual Plus Pillow, we have mixed reviews. Reading all the reviews and comments on Kickstarter, Indiegogo, and Amazon, we have realized something common about the pillow experience. It's simply the "HARDNESS/FIRMNESS" of the pillow. We have tested and tested a thousand times. We have taken the pillows to the fairs/expos in Chicago, Hong Kong, Germany, South Korea, and Japan. They all have said the same thing.
Learning from the experiences of yours, we went back into our own lab and factory to create our new version of Dual Plus Pillow, featuring:

Comfort from Soft memory foam and yet supportive for the ergonomic purposes.
