We are sending out surveys for shipping information next Tuesday! We tried really hard not to use any third party services like Backerkit or CrowdOx. However, you asked us how to purchase extra pillows and covers even after the campaign had ended. We tried to figure it out within the Kickstarter platform, but there was too many restrictions and difficulties. So... we decided to use BackerKit again. Hopefully it can reach you all with low bounce rate.

So What Happens Next?
When the campaign ended Kickstarter’s payment processor should have started charging your credit cards. As of right now, it looks like there are some backers whose credit cards didn’t process. To know if your card has processed please log into your Kickstarter account and click on the button near the top right called “Manage Pledge”. Also, if your credit card didn’t process you should see a red bar across the top of your browser when you log into your Kickstarter account notifying you of the issue. If you credit card didn’t process you will have till this Friday to get your credit card information fixed. Please verify that your payment was processed to ensure your product is delivered on time.
Then, sometime within the month of August, you will be sent a survey where you can give us your shipping information, make any final changes to your reward, and buy any other Dual Plus Pillow gear found on our website at a discounted price to save on shipping. As promised, we are confident that all rewards will ship in the month of September/October at the very latest. But we will continue to work around the clock to get your rewards delivered as soon as possible and will let you know should the timeline change.
